Did not send what I ordered, and they will not refund or exchange..

These hoodies are beautiful and soft and true to color! However I ordered 2. A Medium and a Large. They sent me an XL and an XXL. They claim the US M is equivalent to the Asia. XL. and the L to 2XL. It is completely not at all. I’m in favor of comfy oversized hoodies… but this is another level. I cannot function with hoodies this large. I wanted exactly the sizes I ordered. When I emailed this problem, the company has not been at all cooperative with me to fix the problem.
